Project Guardian Angel Helping children saved from abortion

Would you like to be a Guardian Angel? Project Guardian Angel is a program created to provide assistance for children who were saved from abortion at our Women’s Support Centers, but whose moms (and sometimes dads) now have trouble supporting them. Or for children of such poor families that they are in danger of being given up to an orphanage. 

Each child is profiled with photos and concrete information about why they are in need and what is needed to support them.

How you can become a Guardian Angel:

You can sponsor such a child by making a regular donation to help him or her. We’ll send you information and a photo of the child and news about what is happening with the child. After your "adoption" (sponsoring) you can send the regular donation by check or website - Just make the note “Guardian Angel” and we’ll know to whom to give the aid. If you have a monthly dollar amount in mind or some particular request, please send this information by email or through the U.S. Office, and we will match you with a child in need. Prayers and Christmas and birthday presents for “your child” are welcome, too!

Frequently Asked Questions:

Is it possible to sponsor just one child (in a family with more than one) or would it be better to sponsor a family with just one baby?  It really is up to you. When you select a child, then we drop that child from the list to be sponsored. The rest continue on the list.

How does the money get to the family?  Do we send it to your office first?  Yes, with a note that it is for your guardian angel child. So it is a donation to our organization, really, and you will be sent a return letter that you can use with the IRS. The bank charges 1% for the transfer of the money to us in Russia.

If we send a note with gifts, will it be translated for them? Yes. There are English speaking people in every parish and every school. If they want to reply, they can mail it, or we can send it to you by email. We recommend that you not give your physical contact information or home address to the recipients or their relatives for privacy of both families.

How can we find out what size clothes the child needs and what type of clothes they are most in need of when sending gifts?  We can answer those questions for you when you need the information. It is a simple phone call for us to get the answers, and we can call you on Skype.

How to start sponsoring a child:
